Augustana College and The Great Plains Dramatist Exchange invite submissions for the third biennial ‘8 in 48:’ Claire Donaldson Short Play Festival. Winners will be notified by June 15, 2008. The winning plays are selected by a national panel of readers and prizes are offered. This festival is founded in the honor of the late Claire Donaldson. Ms. Donaldson was a 2000 Augustana College graduate passionate about the art of playwriting. NoPP. Only submissions by electronic attachment will be accepted. Winning selections will be mounted during the "8 in 48" Festival on September 13, 2008 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.Electronic submissions: haleyhayworth@hotmail.com 605-274-5334

Submissions accepted through May 1.

Winners will be notified by June 15.

All submissions must be previously unproduced and ten minutes or less in length.
