Play Submissions: We Need You!
The 7th Sign is dedicated to producing orginal works
More than welcome, original plays are a strong focus of The 7th Sign. Currently, each new season promises to bring (at least) one new play to the stage. The 7th Sign believes that new plays are essential for the future of progessive theatre, offering a direct insight to recent events.
While plays of the past can resonsate powerfully with our modern lives, original works have the opportunity to speak directly about today's world without any need to build bridges between 'then' and 'now'.
How to Submit a Play: It's simple. Send it in. You're sure to get a response, as we understand the need for such a precious commodity. The only real guideline in this: Send us something you're proud of!

Keep in mind that the company focuses on recent events and important social matters. This doesn't mean we only accept political plays or dark brow-furrowing dramas (though we happen to produce those, as well). Comedies, love-stories, experimental pieces, one-acts (you name it!), there's a place for it. And while that 'place' may not be as a 7th Sign production, we cannot foretell the distant future of following seasons, so keep your heads up and fingers working...We Need You!
