There used to be a thing called Midwest Radio Theatre Workshop. I think it is gone, but on occasion I get a postal mailer about some workshop, but i forget the name.

Here is an article from today's Chicago Sun-Times about a man who has his own low-wattage radio station who only plays radio dramas and shows. It has an internet feed. You can learn a lot just by listening to them. And you might want to e-mail him at his site, as he may know of someone who can fulfill your needs.

Also, Chuck Schaden is an expert on old time radio. here is his site. You may want o contact him.

If you find any answers, please share them with us.

Raven,

Shoestring Radio Theatre in San Francisco accepts scripts. I've enjoyed working with them.

Also, if you are interested in a radio drama workshop (that sometimes produces the work that comes out of it) and a company that does stellar work(multiple Mark Time awards): The Willamette Radio Workshop is a great one. Their website is being revamped, but it's at:

Finally, there is the National Audio Theatre Festival. They hold a script competition every year.
