Michelle and I had our meeting yesterday and I am so excited that we have our theater and will be getting the details on when to set up rehearsals for the March 15th Theater Experiment, how many seats we will have, etc. Things are moving right along!
You have been selected to showcase your original work and we will be meeting with our Directors next week. What I need from you are your scripts (6 total for show) 10 minute pieces, if not then a synopsis with character breakdowns so the directors will know how to cast them no later then Tuesday of next week.
Also need you to sign up and register for the project on the meetup website on the main page under March 15th Theater Experiment and I need to have that done no later than Monday. http://www.meetup.com/urnetworkalliance/

Sorry this has taken so long, but I've been going through my submission records and for the life of me, I can't figure out which of my plays was submitted to you.
Not an excuse -- but things have been a bit hectic here with my preparations to go to Columbus, Ohio for post-show Q&A at the Raconteur Theatre. My play, "Isaac, I am" is about to open there and the promotion has happily kicked up a few notches in the last few days.
I'll be happy to mail you copies of whichever play you selected, once you send me the original call for submissions information.. Since I'm in Los Angeles, and I'm assuming you are in New York (?), I will also need a snail-mail address for you.
Again, sorry for the confusion on this end.

I sure do wish I was on the west coast now! New York is freezing. Congratulations on Ohio and your event out there!
Thank you so much for joining us! All the details are on the websites and you can sign up and pay the $13 registration fee on pay pal right on meetup. That is the only fee you cover for the whole event which helps pay for the venue and admin cost, nothing else.
Once that is done, send me your 3 favorite 10 minute plays, 2-4 actors each and I can submit them to our director for April. I also need a bio/photo from you that we can upload to our site.

So, not only did Sue blow off my questions as to which of my plays they want me to showcase, but now she wants me to send my three of my "favorites" and THIRTEEN DOLLARS from me. I'm sure this is all one big mixup. But THIRTEEN BUCKS! Sheesh!
I decided to cut my original post since it's obvious this is no sort of legitimate market. And which of us has thirteen dollars to spare? Sorry about that all, and cheers.
You posted it with the best of intentions, Martin, so no apologies needed. And it resulted in a very suspect operation being brought to the attention of all, so you actually did everyone a favor. Props to you for that!
