I am so excited to be on this site. I have been searching the web for weeks looking for The Playwrights. I am planning to join the D. Guild and pay $100 in hopes of meeting people there too, but my gosh, this is free!!! I didn't think they were going to let me in the green room because I logged in as Will Kemp:
"She can't be serious."
But I am. I do write plays. i sold a house and made $12,000 and did nothing but write for one whole year, and I wrote 2 one-acts and three long plays. I am presently revising the drafts of the long plays, and I expect to be famous real soon :] If not, I'll just keep on writing and hanging out in the shadows below the footlights.
I may even build a Globe replica. I salvaged enough wood to do it,but I suspect it's been stolen while I was away. I had it all stacked up in a horse pasture to dry, and it was getting covered with briars and copperheads undoubtedly think this is their gift from god, a WTC for snakes. I haven't had the heart to go look and see if it's still there. But thee was 2 X 12 X 24, 8 and 12-foot oak boards. Can you imagine?

Thanks Luana, I noticed that too but I don't go far as to subsitute's the bard's photo for my own.
I seriously thought I was dreaming when I found this site. This is too good to be true. Thanks for your work, Edd and Paddy. You have saved my sanity.
