'GOD OF LAUGHTER" is a two-act stage play on the life and times of Moliere, the great 17th Century French comedian. It is a historical work along the lines of "Becket" or "A Man of All Seasons," athough spiced with more humor than either. I am looking for an experienced screenwriter who enjoys historical works and would like to examine the play for its cinematic potential. The play has 10-12 characters as it stands.

This is not meant to discourage you, but you should be aware of it.

I'd try that.
I've written five screenplays, two historical; and seven one-acts.
