I've written bios and resumes as an actor and director, but never as a playwright. Do I follow the same format? Should I include any other theatrical information such as my acting and directing gigs since I'm so new to the PWing world? Any suggestions, examples and the like would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting question.

Especially if your playwriting credits are still a little sparse, you'll want to include some of your more notable stage experiences as it will also let the reader know your level of immersion in the business.

I note my experiences like that near the bottom in a spot I call "Extras".

That portion used to be larger, but as my playwriting credits grew items in "Extras" were dropped. It's still a category, but it only takes 3 lines now. It still serves to let readers know that I do a lot in theater as a producer and director.
