I signed up... thanks for the post.
In this time of unions taking such a hard hit, thankfully there are still a few that will stand up for their rights. Most unions negotiate from a position of "reason and responsibility" knowing that if their employer doesn't makle a profit the result is lay-offs and plant closings.
Here's hoping their "reasonable and responsible" position prevails.
