I thought I might share this with you from The Stage.
BBC World Service is launching an interactive drama initiative that will allow listeners to shape the plot of a play to be broadcast in February,
Starting 11/01/08, the broadcaster’s weekday magazine show Outlook will feature appeals from a fictional character called Kim, who has lost her memory and who has walked into a London police station with no idea of who she is.
Listeners will hear that she has a number of objects on her person and a photo featuring a young man, which seems to have been torn in half.
They will then be invited to post comments online, outlining what they think has happened to Kim and suggesting who they think she might be.
The comments will be used to help writer Jonathan Myerson create Kim’s Game, a 60-minute drama that will be broadcast on BBC World Service in the World Drama slot on February 16.
Listeners can respond to Kim and read her blogs online at personunknown.typepad.com/kimsgame
