Hey Fellow Playwrights!
I'm taking a few weeks off from judging Estroplays, (Submission guidelines @ Theatresource.org)
Because I am going into tech for Thoroughly Stupid Things, which starts its run on January 30th at Manhattan Theatre Source (New York Magazine named it one of the top five off-off broadway companies in New York City)
Anyway, I hope all of you new yorkers out there, or if you happen to be in New York from January 30th - February 9th. Make it a point to stop by and check out my sequel to the Importance of Being Earnest, which is getting wonderful buzz in the city.

and look for me at the theatre and introduce yourself. Hell you may even bring your ESTROGENIUS PLAY and hand it to me personally on the night you come see the play!

nic,
are you in Australia now... one of my best friends is from there, Emma Gordon, and she's there now. Bloody brilliant actress... i mean, top notc.
and EDD, we do have an award winning lighting designer, so fabulous lighting is the order of the day.
I'm set designing, and of course, my designs are always good, but when it's my own show, I do tend to jazz it up a bit more.
