 If you have tried getting in the Green Room and have had no success you probably need Java software.

What is Java Software?

Java software allows you to run applications called "applets" that are written in the Java programming language. These applets allow you to play online games, chat with people around the world and view images in 3D.  Java is FREE and you can download it by going to:  http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
