Fascinating article. I took an intensive workshop at Shakespeare & Co. on Shakespeare's rhetoric, i.e., his use of persuasive speech -- similar work, a really great workshop.

I am familiar with Shakespeare & Co. Very good training program developed over the years. Glad you got a chance to work there.

Actual productions don't always live up to the quality of the training program.
But, then again, whose do?

HOWEVER... the new artistic director could bring them into the First Class level of theatres in the United States. He is most excellent. A true theatre person.
