I've written a comedic play, The Gringo Who Stole Christmas, and need help integrating lyrics I've written into the script (correctly formatted). I'm also looking for a composer for the music. My goal is to create a comedy with music, as opposed to a pure musical.
I'd be happy to share the script and lyrics and synopsis, as well as my vision for the play. Any guidance would be appreciated. The play has had developmental readings, the latest at Players Theatre in the Village, and I'm aiming to get it on a NYC stage.
I am a young composer who has written songs for musical theater concepts- I have many pieces for piano and voice, as well as chiral arrangemebnts. This partnership sounds potentially interesting to me as my biggest struggle has been writing the book for the show. As I mentioned, I've written lyrics for my play, but need to integrate them, and would also like a few more songs. What I can do is insert the lyrics in the script, and send the whole thing your way. This will take me a few days.

As a side note, I appreciate you sending this to me as I really should be getting back into writing. I have taken round six months off and really miss it.
Regarding my compositions - I will have to look through my computer to see if I have any of my recordings saved, but a lot of my songs/scores are saved as finale note pad files.
