Welcome to Stage to Screen a brand new playwright / stage / film program based in Morgan Hill, CA. Based on my decades of experience in theater, I realized that we MUST revitalize how brilliant brand-new plays are discovered and marketed. To that end, this program chooses TWO of the best of hundreds of submissions each year, stages those plays as elevated workshop productions at the Morgan Hill Playhouse in beautiful California, then films the productions and streams them on-line on a pay-per-view basis. This allows all collaborating artists to generate future revenue, and helps our brilliant playwrights find a wider audience — and have their plays picked up in even larger markets!

Submit your play to our experienced judges by December 31, 2020
Any selected play will receive a $1000.00 award
Your play will go through an intensive 1 week “read-through” workshop before production begins.
Your play will be professionally staged as a high quality elevated workshop production.
This production is filmed and screened for global audiences
